MOHAMMED MANSOOR

Mansoor is a boy with speech and hearing impairment. He is good in sports, mimicry and dramatics. He is a native of Kodagu and hails from a lower section of the society. He is a day-scholar and commutes 30 kms everyday.

BHUVANESHWARI S. K.

Bhuvaneshwari hails from a small village near Sullya, in South Kanara. She is a girl with speech and hearing impairment. She looks after the screen printing section at Swastha. Her strength lies in her ability to learn quickly.

RAJESHWARI M. K.

Rajeshwari is a girl with speech and hearing impairment. She is placed in the vocational training section at Swastha. A gifted artist, her strength lies in her designing acumen. She hails from the lower section of society. Her parents are plantation workers.

REKHA K. N.

Rekha, a student with cerebral palsy, is in-charge of screen printing and stationery section at Swastha. Her strength lies in her shrewd administrative skill.

KAVITHA D. K.

Kavitha is a speech and hearing impairment student who can design, stitch fabric based products without any help.

YOGINI G. G.

Yogini is a student with speech and hearing impairment. She hails from rural Kodagu. Her strength lies in following instructions and ability to understand everything quickly.

NAVITHA NANJAMMA

Navitha is a student with epilepsy and intellectual impairment. Her strength lies in tailoring and designing fabric based products.

Our Activities
  • Special education for 100 resident & day scholars at the Suntikoppa Training Centre.
  • Vocational rehabilitation & placement at the Pollibetta centre.
  • Community-Based Rehabilitation (CBR) Program at the Somwarpet and Madikeri Talukas.
