  • Award for Outstanding NGO

    Swastha was one of the top finalists for N.S. Hema Award for Outstanding NGO in the Disability Sector, organised by the Association for People with Disability (APD), Bengaluru. - October 2017

  • Jan Aushadhi Awareness Programme

    Swastha organised Jan Aushadhi Awareness Programme for the parents of the disabled children,to educate them regarding the availability of generic medicine at low prices. A documentation of the programme was sent to the Prime Minister's Office.- August 2017

Community Based Rehabilitation Program (CBR)

The present focus of Tata Coffee Limited (TCL) is to support Swastha's initiative of the Community Based Rehabilitation (CBR) Program to help reintegrate children into active society. A team of dedicated people, work tirelessly to achieve the goal of taking count of every specially-abled person in Kodagu and linking them according to their needs, to all the available services from the government. In Sunticoppa and Somwarpet the coverage is almost 100% and now this initiative has moved to Madikeri.
